Standard Shipping: $7.50 (Monday/Tuesday postage)

Express Shipping: $10 (Overnight/Next-day delivery)

Rural Deliveries: Additional $5.70

Saturday Delivery: Additional $6 (if ordered on Friday)

Production Times

Custom Nails: Typically takes 72 hours to produce (varies by style). Please discuss with our team for potential earlier dispatch.

Pre-Designed Nails: Can be dispatched on the same day of order.

Return Policy

Refund policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Don’t forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase when you contact us at 03nailsltd@gmail.com to start your return.

Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away.

We'll assess the issue promptly and ensure we make it right for you.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for certain types of items, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note that we are also unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item.

Once your return is approved, simply make a new purchase for the desired item separately.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to finalize the refund.
